About Us
Our Story
I grew up in Elburn, Illinois, never expecting to work in agriculture even though my family has farmed for generations. Toward the end of high school, I developed a deep appreciation for the industry and decided to study agriculture at Joliet Junior College, where I earned my Associate in Applied Sciences.
After gaining practical experience on several farms, I returned to my family’s operation. Today, I’m involved in every aspect of our farm — from hemp production to livestock care to beekeeping.

Beekeeping and agronomics are two areas I care about deeply, and I try to express that passion in everything I do. I take pride in keeping our website updated and sharing our journey with our community.

How We Work
Our year revolves around the land and the animals. Spring through fall, we work long hours to grow the best crops possible. Winters are spent hauling grain and caring for our 30 cows. We’re proud of the beef we raise and believe its quality comes from how well we care for our cattle.

I was raised by parents who encouraged me to try new things and build a life I wouldn’t want to escape from. Today, I can confidently say I’m living that life — and I encourage you to do the same.

We tried a selection of their farm-raised beef, and honestly, it completely changed our expectations of what good beef should taste like. Tender, flavorful, and clearly raised with real care. Knowing the animals are treated well makes it even better. We’ll definitely keep coming back.
